Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when TECHTRIS PRIVATE LIMITED("Techtris", "we") will issue refunds for Accountris subscriptions. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.
1. Free trial
Accountris offers a free trial period for new accounts. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time without being billed.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide Accountris is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email sales@techtris.mv from the address on file with your account, and we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Outside the 14-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period and will not be billed again.
4. Annual subscriptions
For annual plans, after the 14-day window we will refund the unused portion of the term on a pro-rata basis if you cancel because of (a) a confirmed service outage exceeding 7 consecutive days that we cannot remedy, or (b) a material breach of our Terms & Conditions by us. Other cancellations of annual plans take effect at the end of the paid term and are not refunded.
5. What is not refundable
- Custom onboarding, data migration, or training services already delivered.
- Fees paid more than 14 days ago for monthly subscriptions.
- Subscriptions cancelled by us due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, including non-payment or misuse of the Service.
- Bank transfer fees, payment-processor fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by your bank.
6. How to request a refund
Email sales@techtris.mv from the email address on your Accountris account. Include the company name and the approximate date of the payment you would like refunded. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
